Data we process

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details and a description of your request.

The quote form on the website stores nothing with us. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and the message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out assignments. The legal basis is legitimate interest or, where we have an agreement, performance of a contract.

Third parties

WhatsApp is provided by Meta and email by our email provider. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps technical server logs including IP addresses. These providers process data under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

The website currently uses no cookies and no visitor statistics. If we introduce statistics later, they will only load after your consent. See our cookies page.

How long we keep data

We keep data as long as needed for your request and then as long as the law requires, for example bookkeeping rules for invoiced work.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data and to object to processing. Contact us at support@websoftconnect.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
